Welcome to ACB Gifts! By using our website and services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Custom Magnet Orders

When placing an order, you agree to provide accurate information and ensure that all imagery, text, and personal details you submit are correct and appropriate for printing on your custom magnets.

2. Content Submission

All content (including images, text, and designs) provided by you for customisation must be owned by you or you must have the legal rights to use it. You retain ownership of your submitted content, but by submitting it, you grant us a license to use it for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

3. Prohibited Content

You agree not to submit any content that:

  • Violates any local, state, or international laws.
  • Contains defamatory, offensive, obscene, or illegal material.
  • Infringes on any intellectual property rights, including trademarks or copyrights.

Any content that we deem illegal, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate will not be processed. Furthermore, any illegal content will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

4. Cancellation and Return Policy

Cancellation of Order / Items

  • Before Processing: If an order is cancelled before processing, a full refund (including shipping) will be issued. Processing will commence no longer than 48 hours after the order has been submitted. 
  • After Processing Has Begun: If an order is cancelled after processing has started, no refund will be applicable in the event of a cancellation on the product. Shipping fees however will be refunded in full.
  • After Dispatch: If an order is cancelled after dispatch, no refund will be issued for either the product or shipping charge. 

Returning an Item / Order

  • Incorrect Item / Order: If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us at sales@acbgifts.co.uk with your order number and clear images of the items. We will arrange for a collection and dispatch the correct item. If you prefer, a full refund will be issued once the incorrect items are returned to stock.
  • Missing Item(s): If an item is missing from your order, please contact us at sales@acbgifts.co.uk with your order number and images of the received items. Missing items will be dispatched to you as soon as possible.
  • Damaged or Faulty Items: If you receive a damaged or faulty item, contact us at sales@acbgifts.co.uk with your order number, images of the damage, or a short video (for faults not clear from images). We will arrange a replacement. If a fault is confirmed, a full refund may be issued. If no fault is found, the original item will be returned to you.

Custom Item Poor Image Quality
While we strive for the best quality, we are not responsible for poor image quality in custom orders. If an image is submitted in low resolution or otherwise unsuitable for printing, we will notify you, but the responsibility for ensuring image quality lies with you.

5. Order Accuracy

We are committed to providing high-quality custom magnets. However, we are not responsible for errors in your submitted designs (such as typos or incorrect images). Please double-check your order details before finalizing your purchase.

6. Delivery and Shipping

We will process and ship your order within the time frame specified on our website. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds are issued at our discretion, subject to the policies outlined above. Refunds will not be withheld without sufficient reason, and we strive to make our decisions fairly and transparently.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for your order. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms and conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and by continuing to use our services, you agree to the updated terms.
